  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to a positive dining experience for our patrons.
  • Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders
  • Deliver orders promptly and accurately
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
  • Handle cash transactions using a POS system and cash register
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
  • Uphold food safety standards in handling and serving food
  • Attend to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
  • Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions
  • Familiarity with fine dining etiquette is a plus
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
