Seasonal Server

Hi, we're Mother Pizzeria, the same team behind Giusto in Newport! We are a full service restaurant focusing on pizza, gelateria and a full bar in a prime Newport location and are looking to add to our team this fall. We operate with passion and creativity for the industry and respect for each other. Our menu features sourdough pizza made from stoneground flour, homemade gelato, raw bar, natural wines and Italian-inspired cocktails. We offer excellent hospitality and service to our guests and make it our priority as a restaurant to take care of our team. We work cohesively every day as a team in a fast-paced and positive environment. This position is seasonal:

Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day 2026. You must have… 1 year of working as a server in a fast paced dining experience - prior serving experience is preferred The ability to jump in where needed. We are an all hands on deck team, if you like keeping busy & learning different functions of a restaurant then you will thrive with us Two work references no more than 2 years old The ability to execute genuine, professional, and friendly hospitality The ability to work as part of a team in a tip-pooled environment A basic understanding of wine, spirits, and craft beer A basic understanding of food preparations and ingredients Flexible availability is a must A polished appearance and good hygiene practices are a must but we also encourage you to come as you are and be yourself.
