Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, customer-focused dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with health regulations Build positive guest relations by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for accurate check processing and cash handling Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members seamlessly Previous serving experience is highly desirable for delivering exceptional guest relations Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to creating memorable dining experiences!
