Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist guests with menu selections, including recommendations and upselling of specials to enhance their experience Manage multiple tables efficiently by coordinating timely food delivery and addressing guest needs proactively Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, fine dining. Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess roles, or food industry roles is highly desirable Excellent communication skills along with basic math proficiency for cash handling and order processing Join us as a Server and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
