Training & Development:
Support onboarding and continuous training Provide coaching and feedback
Service Excellence:
Oversee dining room operations Maintain strong presence during service and spearhead closing cash and reports at the end of the night Maintain exceptional attentiveness to guest needs, including timely refills, special requests, dietary accommodations, and table maintenance Demonstrate deep, confident knowledge of the wine list, guiding guests in their selections based on personal preferences, menu pairings, and occasion Take and input orders with accuracy and efficiency using the POS system In coordination with the kitchen and bar teams, ensure the timely, seamless delivery of all food and beverage orders
Operations & Support:
Greet and assist in seating guests in a warm, timely, and professional manner, setting the tone for a welcoming and memorable experience. Assist with reservations and guest flow Support scheduling and inventory processes
Qualifications:
2+ years of hospitality experience Lead or dining room supervising experience preferred Passion for food, wine, and service Valid TIPS or ServSafe certification Wine certifications are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
$6/hr. + Tips 401(k) (after 90 days) Paid sick time Wellness program Discounted dining & parking 90 Day Check-In, Yearly Evaluation Paid shift breaks Continued education support Compensation is determined by experience and performance. Additional compensation packages and options are at the discretion of the Proprietor and are determined annually.
