Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Server and bring your energy, hospitality expertise, and passion for exceptional food service to our vibrant restaurant environment. In this role, you will deliver outstanding guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly service while efficiently managing multiple tables during busy seasonal periods. Duties Greet guests warmly, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using systems, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are clearly communicated to the kitchen Upsell menu items and beverage options to maximize sales while maintaining a genuine interest in guest satisfaction Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards are upheld at all times Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas efficiently, and supporting kitchen staff with food preparation when needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Requirements Previous restaurant experience preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking across multiple tables or stations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus for managing guest bookings smoothly Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques Previous host/hostess or serving experience in nightlife venues or food service settings is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us as a Seasonal Server where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
