Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting a lively yet refined dining atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties with basic math proficiency Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; assist with bussing and food handling as needed Follow food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation times and special requests Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and guest flow Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability in guest services, serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or similar hospitality positions Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
