Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive host/hostess services to ensure a smooth seating process Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication of guest preferences Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Upsell menu items by highlighting specials and recommended dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support overall restaurant operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable for reservations is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts in fast-paced settings Basic math skills for order entry, cash handling, and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor that promotes guest satisfaction Join us and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
