Job Description:

Saveurs du Monde Café, a vibrant and growing café in Charleston, SC, is seeking 2 to 4 enthusiastic and dedicated Café Servers to join our dynamic team. With 2 unique locations and a 15-person strong team, we offer a flexible and supportive work environment. We are hiring for multiple shifts in the Mount Pleasant, Charleston, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available. About the

Role:

As a Café Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers by delivering exceptional service. You will represent our café standards with enthusiasm, sharing your knowledge about our products and services while fostering genuine connections with customers. Your goal will be to ensure every guest feels valued and has a personalized experience that reflects our core values.

Pay:

$ 2.65 + the tips / Cash and credit cards with an average in between 10 to 40$/ hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, welcoming, and personalized service that delights customers and drives sales. Execute café service standards by recommending add-ons, offering memberships, and thanking customers. Proactively engage customers in conversations about café offerings, promotions, and services to identify and meet their needs. Accurately process customer transactions in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food according to café standards and health regulations. Maintain a clean and inviting environment by following daily maintenance checklists, cleaning equipment, and restocking displays. Assist with café operations, including opening and closing duties, inventory management, waste monitoring, and loss prevention. Actively engage customers in product sampling to drive sales and promote café offerings.

Qualifications:

Passion for exceptional customer service and sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the café.
