Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a positive experience Support team members by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with host/hostess duties when needed Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Proven ability in fine dining service environments with strong knowledge of food industry standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Previous restaurant experience in serving roles within hospitality or food service settings Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through lively service, culinary expertise, and a passion for hospitality.
