Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems while providing friendly and attentive customer service. Assist servers by bussing tables promptly—clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables swiftly and safely, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness in all areas including dining spaces, service stations, and food handling zones through regular cleaning routines. Support the restaurant team by communicating effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve minor issues promptly, and promote a positive dining experience through excellent communication skills. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food handling procedures and basic cleaning practices is advantageous. Experience working in catering, hotels, or the food industry enhances your ability to excel in this role. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
