Key Responsibilities:

Duties may include but are not limited to: Knows the hours/days of operation. Completes pre and post shift side work requirements. Servers water glasses and ensure that glasses are full throughout the meal. Cleans and resets dining room tables and booths. Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for out Guest and Team members. Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the dining room. Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room. Responsible for the complete sanitation and trash removal in dining room. Adheres to appearance and uniform standards. Adheres to all internal controls, policies, and procedures. Other duties depend on the nature of business.

Shared Responsibilities:

Assist other Team members in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables. Assists servers to deliver food to tables swiftly and accurately. Assists hostess in welcoming and seating the Guests. Cheerfully accommodate the needs and requests of any Guest.

Performance Requirements & Specialized Knowledge:

Punctuality and regular attendance. Requires the ability to stand for sustained period of time. Ability to learn, communicate, and have a team player attitude. Ability to lift 20 lbs or more. Ability to learn and adhere to the resort rules. Check out with supervisor before leaving assigned work areas for any reason.
