Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Expo to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is presented beautifully and served efficiently during events. This position requires a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a focus on customer satisfaction and food safety. Duties Prepare and set up food stations for events, ensuring all items are displayed attractively. Assist in the preparation of food items, including cooking, cutting, and plating as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving areas throughout the event. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests. Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Buss tables and assist in clearing dishes to maintain a tidy dining environment. Support banquet operations by assisting with serving food and beverages as required. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Experience in banquet service or hotel environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Culinary experience or formal training in hospitality is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
