Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a vital link between the kitchen and the table, you'll deliver exceptional service, promote our menu offerings, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your culinary knowledge and customer service expertise will help foster a lively, upscale atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively, engaging demeanor that enhances guest experience Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food handling and sanitation practices Assist with guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to promote repeat business Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and transactions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes the dining atmosphere Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus but not mandatory Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining professionalism Basic math skills for cashiering duties including cash handling and change calculation Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
