Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while effectively upselling menu items. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulations. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is an advantage but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic math skills for processing transactions efficiently.
