Server Assistant :
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests depart. Assist servers with pre-bussing tables, removing empty plates and glasses during service. Refill water glasses for guests as needed. Deliver food from the kitchen to tables when necessary, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping as required. Stock server stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, and other supplies. Assist in polishing silverware and glassware. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
