Server

Come work at Riverton Pointe Golf & Country Club! We are looking for servers who want to make great money and have fun while serving our guests. The Servers are integral to the guest experience and provide food & beverage services to the guests of the property. The server will be processing orders and serving food & beverage items to customers, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1-2 years of food service experience Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law Possesses excellent customer service skills Must be dependable Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section Taking customers' food and drink orders Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol . This position is expected to be around 25-35 hours per week Depending on the week, a server can make anywhere from $22 - $45 per hour (including hourly + gratuity). Our property is generally closed on Monday's - open for special events.
