The ideal candidate will prior Food and Beverage experience and be ready to serve in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with availability in the evenings and during the weekends. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests are taken care of, from accurately taking orders to delivering food and beverages with precision and care. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take food and drink orders using the Toast POS system, including making note of allergies and dietary restrictions. Ensure service is prompt and meets company standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sweeping as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and provide change as needed. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times. Skills Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with Toast POS System is a plus but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and prioritize guest needs effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Must be able to stand for periods of 4-8 hours. Weekend shifts required. Knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
