- Part-time About us We are Dough Boys Pizza, a small family owned Pizzeria located in Surfside Beach, SC We believe in family time and are closed on Sunday and Monday.
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Servers to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience by ensuring prompt and efficient service.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Submit orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash transactions using a cash register
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
- Must pass SC Alcohol Certification or transfer if already completed
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables simultaneously
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Knowledge of food service procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues
