Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering top-notch guest service and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a lively environment where teamwork is key. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Focus Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery. Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety practices to maintain high standards. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during shifts. Support the team with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and other guest relations tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Focus is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an ability to connect with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations. Experience with booking systems is advantageous.
