Job Description
Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via OpenTable or other POS platforms Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly, resetting stations efficiently, and adhering to sanitation protocols Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or host/hostess roles within the food industry is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
