Server/Waiter

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations Take accurate orders using OpenTable or POS system Communicate orders clearly with kitchen staff Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process payments accurately using POS/cash register Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables Provide attentive and efficient service throughout the shift Requirements /

Skills:

Previous restaurant experience is a plus Knowledge of OpenTable or POS systems preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic math skills for handling payments Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
