Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Serve food and beverages with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth restaurant operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to boost sales while providing exceptional guest service Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or similar positions within the food industry is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Join us to deliver outstanding breakfast experiences that delight our guests every morning!
