IN person interview on Wednesday and Thursday at 9 till 11am Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing open tables with efficiency Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing Strong culinary knowledge combined with experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables seamlessly during busy hours Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations within the food industry Background in restaurant service roles including serving, bussing, hosting/hostessing, or nightclub service preferred Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
