Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with a positive attitude during banquets, weddings, conferences, and special events Set up banquet areas according to event specifications, including table settings and presentation standards Buss tables promptly during and after events to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests Monitor guest needs throughout the event, providing attentive service and addressing any concerns promptly Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards at all times during service Assist with food preparation or replenishment as needed, supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality experiences Skills Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality environment, especially in banquet or catering settings Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Experience with bussing, food service, catering, or restaurant operations is highly desirable Hospitality background including hotel or coffee service experience enhances your ability to excel in this role This energetic position invites motivated individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional service.
