Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Provide detailed menu recommendations, upselling specials and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while managing open/close procedures with basic math skills Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling, cleaning protocols, and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly, and supporting host/host duties as needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and order calculations Previous experience in serving, bussing, or host/host roles is preferred but not required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as part of a dynamic team Join us to be part of an energetic environment where your passion for hospitality makes a difference!
