Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Restaurant Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality. Whether working in a lively nightclub setting or a fine dining environment, your positive attitude and dedication will shine through in every interaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Oracle POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while catering to guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service Clear tables, bussing dishes efficiently to maintain a clean dining area and support kitchen operations Assist with opening or closing duties including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and sanitation procedures Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of hospitality standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations in the food industry Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen experience is a plus for better understanding of food preparation processes Effective communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and team members Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Previous host/hostess or serving experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is highly desirable Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where every guest leaves delighted!
