Full Job Description Job Title:

part-time Food Runner in a Brewery Setting We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-time Food Runner in our brewery. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to customers in our taproom during lunch, while providing window service during Dinner hours.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner Text order ready to pick up to customer Provide efficient response time to customer as they order or pick up food Communicate with the kitchen and bartenders to ensure orders are accurate and complete Assist with setting up and breaking down of expo and service areas Keep the food window and prep areas clean and organized Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Prior experience as a food runner or similar role preferred Will train if you are a good fit for the role Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate effectively with customers, kitchen staff, bartenders and barbacks Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and Holidays Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be at least 18 years of age We offer competitive pay, as well as a fun and friendly work environment.
