As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain cleanliness and operational flow Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food preparation, serving techniques, and guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and maximize sales opportunities through friendly engagement Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing bills confidently Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your talent for creating unforgettable dining experiences.
