Overview Flavor Indian is seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional hospitality while ensuring an efficient and enjoyable dining experience. You will guide guests through our menu, including Indian cuisine specialties, and provide attentive, high-quality service from start to finish. Servers play a key role in guest satisfaction by accurately taking orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety regulations Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring a welcoming environment Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods Previous serving experience preferred (but not required)

Pay:

$6.25 per hour
