PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in serving food and beverages according to hotel standards. Support setup and cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and tableware. Learn menu items, promotions, and basic product knowledge. Support order taking and coordinate with kitchen and service team. Provide friendly service and respond to basic guest requests. Support upselling and guest satisfaction. Attend briefings and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned.
REPORT LINES & COMMUNICATIONS
Report to Restaurant Captain / Supervisor. Communicate effectively with guests and team members. Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operation. OTHERS Participate in training and development (IDP). Support team operations as required.

Represent the brand and deliver a positive guest experience.
