Oggie's Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is a high-energy restaurant known for great food and exceptional service. We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Morning Food Expo to help ensure our guests receive accurate, timely, and well-presented meals.

Position Summary:

The Food Expo (Expeditor) serves as the communication link between the kitchen and front-of-house team. This role is responsible for organizing tickets, coordinating food orders, and ensuring dishes are complete and meet quality standards before being delivered to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage food tickets during service Ensure all dishes are prepared accurately and presented properly Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers Organize and prioritize orders for timely delivery Garnish and plate food as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line Assist with light food prep or side work when needed

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or expo experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail and presentation Team player with a positive attitude Availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays
