Hours of Operation:
7:00 AM - 9:30 PM. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We're searching for fabulous Dining Area Coordinators (Bussers) to join our team!!
Position Summary:
Our Dining Area Coordinator is responsible for preparing the dining area before guests are seated and maintaining a clean and organized space, assisting kitchen staff with running orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. This involves clearing tables, stocking side stations, and supporting other service staff with tasks like refilling drinks and delivering food.
Mindset:
Ensure every guest has what they need, when they need it - sometimes before they realize they need it.
Table Clearing:
Promptly clear used dishes and silverware from tables after guests have finished their meals and wipe down tables.
Deliver Orders:
Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering food, and stocking condiment stands and busser stations.
Run Orders:
Assist servers by running food to customers in drive-thru and pick-up lines.
Represent Brand:
Ability to knowledgeably answer customer questions about the food and beverage menu and organizational mission.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Clean dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables and chairs.
Restocking Supplies:
Replenish side stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and other supplies. Assisting with
Dishwashing:
Help dishwashers by scraping and stacking dishes or loading them into the dishwasher.
Legendary Hospitality:
Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, addressing any immediate needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Health and Safety:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining room and kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older. A positive attitude and good manners. Neat personal appearance and proper personal hygiene. Valid Server Permit (ABC Card). Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment. Strong attention to detail. Demonstrates flexibility and mental agility when assessing and responding to various routine and non-routine situations. Ability to act decisively with or without sufficient information.
