Hour Place Restaurant is a fast-paced, family-owned breakfast and lunch spot located inside Erlanger Hospital's Medical Mall. We're looking for a friendly and reliable team member to help us serve healthcare workers, patients, and the surrounding community with care and speed. If you love people, don't want to work nights or weekends, and want to be part of a team that values efficiency and kindness, this might be the perfect fit. What You'll Be Doing Greet guests with warmth and provide attentive, upbeat service in taking orders and assembling plates. Operate the phones and register and handle cash and credit transactions. Work closely with the kitchen, grill, and your teammates to keep service flowing smoothly. Deliver catering orders. Lead and support cleaning throughout the restaurant. Keep the dining area clean, stocked, and ready for the next guest. Learn and support food prep and other kitchen tasks so that you can surge to other areas of the kitchen on an as-needed basis.

Why You'll Love Working Here Set Schedule:

Day shift — no nights, weekends, or holidays. The individual selected for this position will work 8:00am-2:00pm, Monday through Friday. (These hours are slightly negotiable for the right candidate.)

Competitive Pay:

$11.00 per hour, in addition to tips (at least $4.00 per hour). Your total hourly compensation will be at least $15.00 per hour.

Great Location:

Inside Erlanger's Medical Mall near CSAS, the Hamilton County Health Department, and downtown Chattanooga. Parking is included for employees.

Paid Holidays:

After 60 days for full-time team members.
