In this role, you'll be the first person our guests meet and an important part of creating a welcoming dining experience. You'll greet and seat guests, assist servers by delivering food and beverages, maintain a clean and organized dining room, and support the wait staff during busy periods. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to have you on our team. Duties & Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Seat guests promptly and manage the waitlist during busy hours. Deliver chips. Assist servers by refilling drinks and responding to guest requests. Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly. Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, beverage station, restrooms, and lobby. Restock chips, togo chips, and baskets. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Work as a team with wait staff, cashiers, and management to provide excellent guest service. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided. Prior experience in host/hostess roles or food service environments preferred; excellent guest relations skills are essential Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and basic food preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or Aloha POS; experience with cash handling is a plus Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service focus Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by restaurant operations Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
