Assistant Director of Culinary Position Summary The Server Assistant supports the Dining Services team by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. This role assists servers during meal service, maintains dining room readiness, and upholds the high hospitality standards of The Farms at Bailey Station. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist servers during meal periods by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed. Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently between courses and after meals. Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies. Support overall dining room flow by helping with seating residents, carrying trays, and communicating needs to the team. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, beverage stations, and surrounding work areas. Assist with restocking items before, during, and after service. Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines in accordance with community and regulatory standards. Provide friendly, respectful, and timely service to residents and guests. Work collaboratively with the Dining Services team to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Qualifications Previous dining room, hospitality, or customer-service experience required Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift. Courteous, professional, and resident‑focused demeanor.

ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY
Works primarily indoors in a climate-controlled setting. .

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
