The Heirloom Room is Rocky Waters Motor Inn's signature fine dining experience, where elevated service, a curated wine and bourbon program, and genuine hospitality come together. As a Server, you are central to that experience — the knowledgeable, attentive guide who helps each guest navigate the menu, anticipates their needs before they're voiced, and ensures every visit is memorable from the first greeting to the final farewell. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in the craft of fine dining service. What You'll Do Guest Experience & Service Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient table service that reflects The Heirloom Room's standards Anticipate and accommodate guest needs throughout the dining experience Inform guests of daily specials, menu changes, and featured offerings Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local area attractions and activities Menu & Product Knowledge Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods Guide guests through the wine, whiskey, and bourbon program, including food pairings and selections Stay current on menu changes, seasonal offerings, and featured items Operations & Standards Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them correctly to the kitchen Ensure all food is prepared to guest satisfaction and company standards — return any incorrect or improperly prepared items to the kitchen Clear and reset tables efficiently as guests complete their meals Process guest checks and closing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Verify guest identification to confirm legal drinking age Follow all AATMOS safety, sanitation, and service standards at all times What We're Looking For Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 1 year of fine dining or upscale service experience preferred Wine, whiskey, and bourbon knowledge strongly preferred Skills & Abilities Warm, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Physical & Schedule Requirements Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs throughout each shift TABC server permit from a TABC certified program required within 60 days of hire and must be maintained throughout employment Benefits & Perks Medical insurance Discounted vision and dental insurance Employee hotel travel program with discounted rooms across the AATMOS portfolio Paid time off, vacation pay, and sick pay ZayZoon daily pay — access your earned wages when you need them Opportunities for career growth within a growing hospitality group At AATMOS, we're committed to a positive, inclusive workplace where passionate hospitality professionals can thrive and grow.
