Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and passion for exceptional guest experiences will shine! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise while ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Clover Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Manage table turnover efficiently by bussing tables, resetting settings, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food safety and sanitation standards Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving a must. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, Clover ect.. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus but not required Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and nights as needed in a lively hospitality environment.
