We're looking for motivated and dependable Expo/Food Runners to join our team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience. Position Summary As an Expo/Food Runner, you play a critical role in ensuring food is prepared, presented, and delivered accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

White Station Rd, Suite 110 Memphis, TN 38117 Key Responsibilities Ensure all food items are prepared and sent out according to company standards for quality, consistency, and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked expo area Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures Execute accurate plate presentation and garnishing Deliver food to the correct tables quickly and professionally Check in with guests while running food to ensure they have everything they need Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff Assist team members during peak hours and support operations during slower periods Help open and close the expo area following established procedures and checklists Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment Follow all company policies and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety Positive attitude and willingness to learn
