We're looking for energetic, friendly, and service-driven Servers and Bartenders to join our team! If you love working with people and creating memorable dining experiences, this is the place for you. •Interviews will be held at Rotolo's Craft & Crust Memphis•681 S. White Station Rd, Suite 110 Memphis, TN 38117 Position Summary Our Servers and Bartenders are key to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your main goal is to ensure every guest has such a great time that they can't wait to come back. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service Share menu specials, updates, and make recommendations Answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant offerings Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently Maintain clean and organized service areas Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to any needs Process payments accurately (cash and card transactions) Assist teammates as needed, including bussing and resetting tables Complete opening and closing side work Thank guests and encourage repeat visits Be flexible and step in where needed to support operations Bartender Responsibilities (Additional) Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor offerings Assist with stocking and lifting kegs (up to 60 lbs) Help maintain bar cleanliness and organization Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures Ability to handle money and operate a POS system Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to carry trays weighing 20-25 lbs Maintain good hygiene and professional appearance

Must be 18+ years old

Bartenders:

Must be 18+ years old Bartenders must have experience with beer, liquor, and wine Must have a current ABC license. Individuals who have never had a TABC license have a sixty-one (61) day grace period to fully obtain their license. Your license is your responsibility and must be provided to work at Rotolo's Craft & Crust Lakeland.

1 year preferred

Bartending:

1 year required Restaurant experience: 1 year preferred
