Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle food handling and sanitation procedures in accordance with food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of shifts Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize guest flow Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and check splitting Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food industry tools such as culinary techniques or kitchen experience is beneficial Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through hospitality skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
