Full Job Description Company Overview:

We're seeking reliable and motivated bilingual Food Runners / Bussers to support our front-of-house operations at our fine dining restaurant, Fuego Vivo, and ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
Position Summary:
The Food Runner / Expo plays a key role in guest satisfaction by ensuring that food is delivered promptly and correctly, tables are cleared and reset quickly, and the restaurant remains clean and organized throughout service. Spanish and English is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Clear dirty plates, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly Wipe and reset tables for new guests Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and service stations and restrooms Refill water and assist guests as needed throughout their visit Support the FOH team with side work, stocking, and closing tasks
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old High energy and a strong sense of urgency Able to lift and carry trays (up to 40 lbs) Able to stand and walk for long periods of time Team player with good communication skills Willingness to take direction and learn quickly Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
