Servers New Premium Dining Concept | Downtown Memphis An established and growing hospitality group is hiring experienced servers for a new premium dining concept in Downtown Memphis. This is an opportunity to join a founding front-of-house team and help build the service culture of a new flagship restaurant from the beginning. We are looking for hospitality professionals who take pride in their work, care about the guest experience, and want to be part of a team built on excellence, accountability, consistency, and genuine hospitality. This role is ideal for servers who are polished, personable, team-oriented, and ready to grow with a hospitality group that is investing in high-quality restaurants, strong teams, and long-term career development. Position Overview Servers will be responsible for delivering an elevated guest experience through warm hospitality, strong menu knowledge, professional service, attention to detail, and consistent execution. Team members in this role should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, premium dining environment where preparation, communication, timing, and teamwork are essential. We are looking for individuals who can create memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, professionalism, and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, professional, and attentive hospitality to every guest Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming first impression Learn and communicate food, beverage, wine, cocktail, and menu details with confidence Guide guests through the dining experience with strong service timing and awareness Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and management teams Anticipate guest needs and maintain awareness throughout the dining room Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared section throughout service Support team members during busy service periods Follow all service steps, company standards, and guest experience expectations Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and urgency Process payments accurately and responsibly Maintain knowledge of specials, menu changes, allergens, ingredients, and beverage offerings Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment Protect the guest experience by ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of the restaurant Training Philosophy We believe training should prepare team members for success before they are placed into key service roles. Servers will be expected to learn the menu, service standards, beverage offerings, steps of service, and restaurant expectations before working independently. Our goal is to create a team that is confident, prepared, knowledgeable, and proud of the guest experience we deliver. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hospitality-minded professional with experience in premium casual, upscale casual, fine dining, hotel, private club, steakhouse, seafood, or high-volume restaurant environments. You should be polished, dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and committed to creating great guest experiences. You should enjoy being part of a team, take coaching well, and understand that great service comes from preparation, communication, awareness, and pride in the details.
