Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and provide excellent dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
- Process payments accurately using POS systems Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Culinary knowledge to describe menu items accurately
- Understanding of food safety standards to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials effectively
- Basic math proficiency for handling payments and making change
- Ability to bus tables efficiently during peak times
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably
