Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations with professionalism and efficiency Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth seating process and comfortable dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay them promptly to the kitchen Provide attentive table service, addressing guest needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle guest inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist in managing wait times by communicating effectively with guests and team members to optimize seating flow Skills Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and restaurant operations Exceptional organizational skills to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow Experience in hospitality or guest services roles enhances your ability to deliver memorable experiences Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive guest relations This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating welcoming atmospheres.
