As the face of our shop, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the dining area remains a welcoming environment for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & POS:
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using our point-of-sale system.
Managing Tables :
Take orders at the tables and deliver dishes and drinks according to Olala standards
Dining Room Excellence:
Keep the dining area and tables clean and inviting.
Dish Management:
Assist with clearing tables and managing the washing of glassware and light dishes to keep operations running smoothly.
Product Knowledge:
Learn our menu of authentic French pastries and specialty items to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Schedule Days:
Thursday-Saturday Hours:
5pm-10pm
Type:
Part-Time Requirements Previous experience in a café, bakery, or retail environment preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Punctuality and a strong work ethic. A passion for high-quality food and French pastry is a plus!
