Morning availability is required. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation as needed. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining area. Serve food and beverages promptly while checking on guests to ensure satisfaction. Process cash handling transactions accurately, including handling payments and providing change as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations. Handle any guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Required availability for morning shifts , with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
