Server

The Server's role is to take food and drink orders from the dining room. The Server must be comfortable working with the food and beverage staff to create a phenomenal experience for guests. Demands will vary, with the position encompassing all facets of customer interaction from the moment they arrive until they depart our facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the FOH team in all day-to-day operations. Be an ambassador for The Neighborhood Beer House and represent the brand in a professional manner. Perform all side work duties that must be completed by the end of shift. Help create a team environment, encourages others at every opportunity.

TAKES INITIATIVE

; doesn't wait for something to happen or to be asked to do something. Verify Customer has valid ID when purchasing alcohol. Must comply with all company policies and procedures. To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required. Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

License or Eligible to receive TABC License High School Diploma or Equivalent
