Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure repeat visits Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency Experience Prior restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures Experience in guest services roles like host/hostess or serving enhances your ability to connect with guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate bill processing Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for delivering outstanding service.
