Busser/Food Runner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are available for service, including utensils, condiments, and beverages. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and address any guest needs or concerns. Support catering events by assisting with food setup and breakdown as needed. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to clean efficiently and maintain a tidy work area throughout shifts. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
